Our Facility
The 
facility is especially designed to accommodate the needs of its residents. This three-story brick veneer building has a large community room with a complete kitchen. This room is located on the first floor and can be used for social affairs, family gatherings, and special entertainment. It also has a room for beauty and barber needs of tenants. A gazebo along with flower gardens creates a serene park-like setting outside.
Typical Apartment
The 60 one-bed-room apartments are efficiently and attractively designed. Each apartment features a private patio or balcony and private telephone hook-ups.
Residents control their own comfort with private controls for the central air conditioning and heating. Major kitchen appliances are provided. The rent includes utilities; therefore the only additional services charges are for telephone and cable TV. All apartments have individual mailboxes, which are located in the lobby, and a storage locker. Recycling facilities are on site.
