Requirements For Residency
- To be eligible to live at Frontier Estates, an individual must be 62 or over and be within Housing and Urban Development determined income guidelines.
- Even if you are not ready to move at this time, but would like to in the future, you might consider completing an application now. There is a waiting list for apartment openings and completing an application will put your name on the list. When an apartment is available, Frontier Estates will notify you to determine if you are ready to move. If not, your name can remain on the waiting list and they will check back with you at a later date.
